Don’t you love watching a trailer that gets you off your seat, running to the movie theaters, only to find that the movie was nothing as exciting as the trailer? Almost every single high point of the trailer was exactly all the high points of the movie? Well, then you gotta see the trailer for The Ruins, because it’ll save you the time to actually go and watch the movie.

Your curiosity is probably ringing by now. Save yourself, don’t answer. Watching the actual movie will only spoil the mystery of having not seen the movie. It’s a symbolic horror movie for potheads. If you thought the Friday the 13th or Nightmare on Elm St. movies were good, you’ll looooove this! Except there is a new serial killer on the loose running wild in The Ruins as we vacation the jungles of Mexico.

    I thought the movie was a little bit interesting. Much better than previous horror type films from Friday the 13th though.
