The Fountain is a very spectacular movie. From the director who brought you Pi and Requeim for a Dream, The Fountain takes you everywhere from an ancient mysterious past, to the modern present to a very surreal magical future. The Fountain distorts time and space with superb visuals, dynamic filming and dramatic story. The special features inside the DVD is something to check out. scenes from the fountain Usually I’ll skip and pass these sections, but once in a while, you get an interesting behind the scenes type of scenario. There’s definitely a bigger story behind the movie.
